These terms and conditions of service (“Terms and Conditions”) establish the rights, obligations, and legal responsibilities governing the use of TicTAP – Simply Connect, Vcards by TicTAP, and TapInPack platforms (“the Platform”) and the services provided by TicTAP – Simply Connect (“we”, “our”, or “us”) through the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

TicTAP – Simply Connect Service
TicTAP – Simply Connect provides a platform that allows users to create and manage content accessible through QR codes and NFC tags. The Platform may include additional features or modifications in the future. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, and we will notify users of significant changes via email or through notifications on the Platform.
Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password and for all activities conducted under your account. You must promptly notify TicTAP of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. TicTAP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Ownership of Content
Users retain ownership and copyright of the content they create and upload to the Platform. By using our services, you grant TicTAP – Simply Connect a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services. Users are responsible for the content they upload and must ensure that it does not infringe on third-party rights. TicTAP reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates these Terms and Conditions.
Acceptable Use
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Upload, post, transmit, share, or store any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, incites hatred, or infringes on third-party rights.

In the event of service interruptions not caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or third-party failures, you may file a claim within thirty (30) days of the interruption. TicTAP will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will be limited to equitable compensation, which may include an extension of service time or partial refund.

Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain. Before resorting to court proceedings, parties must attempt to resolve any disputes through mediation.
